Montessori Children's House of Blue Springs offers a curriculum-based program for children ages two and six. The Montessori education encompasses a philosophy that recognizes and respects a child's need to develop naturally and fully at his or her own pace. We use traditional Montessori materials in addition to tailor-made equipment.
The Montessori Method appreciates and respects each child as an individual, allowing him to learn at his own level and ability. At our school, your child will learn about many subjects, including geography, music, art, cultural art, Spanish, and science, as well as manners and proper social interactions, which enhance your child's moral understanding. We introduce your child to the world as a place to be respected, cared for, and lived in harmoniously with others.
Montessori Children's House of Blue Springs was established in 2002, and is licensed with the state as an intern site for MEPI (Montessori Educational Programs International) training. We feature an experienced team of qualified teachers, with college degrees and Montessori qualifications, and boast a very low turnover rate, so the children can enjoy learning from the same teachers year after year. Our school is a proud member of the Early Childhood PTA and the Community Services League.
